I was was experiencing significant lags in performance and crashing on my laptop computer. This was causing me problems, especially in Zoom meetings with customers, which was quite embarrassing. Chris at S.B. Technology Resource diagnosed the problem as my small SSD hard drive was almost completely full. He sourced a new 1 TB hard drive and installed it, which completely solved my problems. He also noticed that the battery was swelling and replaced it as well. I had an old computer running on Windows 10. Chris came out backed up all the files, transferred everything to the new tower and setup all the printers, monitors, ect in a super expedient fashion. Great price and service!!!

Chris from S.B. Technology Resource installed wireless access points for my busy business, Liquidity Aleworks. A complete professional who ran all the cabling and installed the equipment in a tight time frame. He has continually supported the installation after the fact as well by guiding a printer installation over the phone. He also cleaned up after himself. Very happy with his work.

A nearby lightning strike rendered a PC (among other electronic devices) lifeless with a chip obviously burned on the motherboard. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I gave Chris a call. He advised against repairing the PC, as it was older and there was no way to ascertain if other components were damaged without first replacing the motherboard. He was able to recover the data from the hard drive of the damaged PC and transfer it to a thumb drive. Problem solved. In an unrelated repair, I had a laptop that was gradually slowing to a crawl. Chris identified the culprit as a bad hard drive, and replaced the conventional hard drive with a solid-state drive, cloning the new one from the old one. The price was fair, and the laptop is literally better-than-new with the new SSD. Chris was easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. That’s a welcome rarity in today’s world!
